It confirmed my request for Apportionment info on the 19th Nov, which will be considered under the Official Information/Privacy Act and that I should receive the information approx mid April 2013.
It says to clarify my request..................(I do not see why I have to waste more time doing this again)
So looks like the 20 days has now turned in 5-6 months. I only hope that no Cantabrian prematurely leaves this world without ever being informed of any info they have the right to request!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Early January: Think it was about November when I first contacted EQC about getting the information they held on me, I was advised 5 days......
Then I rang again end of November, and was advised it would be twenty days, nothing, so filled in the online form.........................And seems they do not respond to the email either!
That was then, this is now............Still waiting...............................
A bit vindictive that this info is not to be passed along, what information, just a generic response, and info on my life will be given consideration?????????????????????
On top of this I was advised early Nov that apportionment had been done, and I should have had the info. NOTHING! Others are planning my life it seems.
I requested the info asap, which was apparently going to be 5 days, yet again, NOTHING!

specified with due particularity, so that EQC can reasonably identify the
information required. You should also be aware that requests for large volumes

it to specific documents or information. It is understood that customers are
entitled to access large amounts of the ir claim file information, however full
